Verihome NZ is operated by Protocol Zero Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. We provide AI-assisted property document analysis services for property buyers in New Zealand. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Protocol Zero Limited.
Verihome NZ uses artificial intelligence to analyse property-related documents (such as purchase agreements, LIM reports, building inspection reports, and title documents) and produce a written report identifying potential risk factors. The service is informational only and does not constitute legal advice. See our Disclaimer for full details.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use this service. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
No account is required to use the service. You provide your email address at checkout to receive your report. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your card details. Your purchase is complete when payment is confirmed and your report has been sent to your email address.
Upon payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the report for your own property due diligence purposes. You may not:

All content on the Verihome NZ website — including the interface, branding, methodology, and report template — is owned by or licensed to Protocol Zero Limited. The specific factual findings in your report relate to your document, but the structure, framework, and presentation remain our intellectual property.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports will be complete or accurate in all cases.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Protocol Zero Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including any financial loss associated with a property transaction. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a specific report shall not exceed the amount paid for that report.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
Our refund policy is set out in the Refund Policy page. Refunds are available only in cases of technical failure resulting in non-delivery of a working report. Refunds are not available after a report has been successfully delivered and viewed.
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws of another jurisdiction require otherwise.
